Do you have experience in digital transformation, digital public goods (DPGs), and GovTech ecosystems — and are you interested in contributing to a global public innovation agenda?
The Local Innovation Network (RIL), together with BID Lab, the IDB’s Code for Development initiative, the OECD, and the Digital Public Goods Alliance, is looking for a Consultant – Lead Author to develop an international publication on sustainability and business models for digital public goods.
This consultancy is a joint initiative of these four organizations, which are advancing a global agenda to strengthen the development and adoption of open digital solutions in governments. In the framework of GovTech Connect, the study will analyze how governments, startups, system integrators, and funding organizations can align incentives to ensure the sustainability of DPGs.
The consultant will lead the comparative analysis, development of case studies, and creation of practical recommendations for decision-makers at the international level.
Duration: Up to 4 months (deliverable-based consultancy). Applications open until April 28, 2026.
Interested candidates should send their application to govtechconnect@redinnovacionlocal.org with the subject line: «Lead Author – DPG Sustainability and Business Models Knowledge Product».
